Affiliate Policy for Iboora Affiliates

Overview
The Iboora Affiliate Program (“the Program”) is designed to provide an opportunity for individuals or entities (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions by referring users to the Iboora website (“the Website”). This Affiliate Policy outlines the guidelines and terms governing the participation in the Program.
Affiliate Eligibility
a. Affiliates must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction to participate in the Program.
b. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting the Iboora platform.
c. Iboora reserves the right to review and approve or reject Affiliate applications at its discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities
a. Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for promoting the iboora platform using their unique referral links or other approved marketing materials provided by iboora. Affiliates may promote the Website through various channels, such as websites, social media platforms, or other legitimate marketing methods.
b. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting the Iboora platform. This includes but is not limited to, adhering to anti-spam laws and avoiding misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
c. Ethical Conduct: Affiliates should represent Iboora accurately and refrain from making false or misleading claims about the platform or its services. Affiliates should not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation or credibility of Iboora.
d. Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their participation in the iboora Affiliate Program and their potential financial relationship with iboora to their audience and potential referrals.
Commission Structure and Payments
a. Commission Structure: The specific commission rates and structure for the Program will be communicated to Affiliates upon acceptance into the Program. Commission rates may vary based on the referred user’s actions or transactions.
b. Qualified Referrals: Commissions are earned for qualified referrals, which are defined as users who sign up and engage in eligible activities on the iboora platform using the Affiliate’s referral link or unique identifier.
c. Payment: Commissions will be paid out to Affiliates on a regular basis, as per the terms agreed upon with iboora. The payment method and schedule will be communicated to the Affiliate.
Tracking and Attribution
a. Referral Links: Affiliates will be provided with unique referral links or identifiers to track their referrals. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that their referral links are properly embedded and used for tracking purposes.
b. Attribution: Commissions will be attributed to the Affiliate who referred the user based on the last click attribution model. The Affiliate whose referral link was clicked last before the user’s sign-up or eligible action will be credited with the referral.
Termination and Modification
a. Termination: iboora reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for violation of the Affiliate Policy, fraudulent activities, or any other reason deemed appropriate by iboora.
b. Modification: iboora reserves the right to modify or update the Affiliate Policy, commission structure, or any aspect of the Program at its discretion. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the Program.
Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
a. Affiliates agree to keep any confidential information received from iboora, including but not limited to commission rates, payment terms, or marketing strategies, confidential and not disclose such information to third parties.
b. Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by iboora for promotional purposes. Affiliates shall not modify or reproduce Iboora’s intellectual property without prior
