Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
Return Policy:
You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, virtual items, and digital downloads, are exempt from being returned.

Refund Process:

Include the RMA number on the return packaging.
